How did you get a delivery charge this low? Mine is $10 and goes up with more bags.

I got them last week, but the mulch pieces were really big—like large chunks of wood. I didn't like it. Yesterday, I ordered 10 bags of Scotts mulch from Walmart for $2 each, with free shipping through my Plus membership. They're 1.5 cubic feet each, and the quality is much better.

I've been getting free delivery for a week now. 6 bags a day! It's free with their basic/free rewards program.

They must have changed it recently last time it was trying to charge $2.99 when I ordered over six bags now it's $39.00. Crazy. A few weeks ago it only changed from $2.99 to $39.00 when I went over a certain weight.

FWIW, if you're in their free rewards program, you may be able to get more than 6 bags delivered free - I was able to place two separate orders for 6 bags each, delivered free today.

Tried to do two orders of 6 bags each for free delivery, and the second order went through... and was then cancelled immediately, I guess Lowes knows what's up... will order over the next couple of days I guess.
