If your kids play any type of organized sports, these are invaluable for attending their games. Bleacher seating if terrible for your back otherwise. Of course there are better/ padded options but they cost at least $25-30 each.

Not sure how well this would works with this seat, but have seen rigs of stand up paddle boards where these are attached via the drings and then you can sit and paddle.

These are pretty legit for comfort. I would have a sore butt and back from sitting on the metal bleachers when my kid was doing marching band for football games. The seat is lifted off the metal so you are suspended on the cloth seat. And having a backrest is obv better than not.
They are easy to carry and I keep them in our trunk for football season. The only complaint is they stick out over the back of the bench and I don't want to take up the person's legroom behind me.

True. Though I stay away from things with metal for my paddle board since the salt water doesn't do good things with most metal. Coleman makes a great stadium seat with supporting straps for the back that I use to kayak on my paddle board

This model doesn't appear to have a little catch to latch onto bleacher, though. Grandpa leans back, he's going for a loop.
