I have been eyeing for a Samsung Ultra quite some time. Just now got a Samsung S26 Ultra Unlocked from BestBuy for $725 Including taxes. Now before you get too excited this is a extreme YMMV, in my this was the best deal . Below are the steps I took.
1. Click on

2. Click on Unlocked
3. Click on trade in , add Iphone 12, you should get about $265 trade in value. I had one from Simple Mobile deal that was just lying around.
4. Click on activate with Verizon.
5. At this point should be $734 before tax, I am in TX so with taxes it was $795.
6. Pick a number to activate with Verizon , you will have to provide SSN and all that over here.
7. I had couple Android phones that I got free with different MVNO's, one was Moto G power 2024 and Samsung A16, traded at BestBuy for $70 GC ( $40 + $30 ).
8. Used those GC's to purchase towards the phone. For me it was $725 after taxes.
9. Came home, opened beautiful S26 Ultra, it was activated on Verizon. Reached out to VZW customer care on Twitter, in two mins they cancelled the number and promised all charges will be reverted. Keep in mind this is not necessarily a VZ deal. You are buying an unlocked phone and you get extra $100 off when you activate with Verizon post paid plan.
