They have a very interesting definition of "almost everything." Most of the stuff I've browsed is not on sale or at most 20% off. Some stuff is 50% off, but it's pretty ballsy to plaster that "almost everything is 50% off" on the front page.

Totally agree. I can get the same items they offer for 50% off via other vendors (Amazon, Ebay, etc.)

i visited a store yesterday and I would say 20% of the store was actually 50% off. It was only the center items in the store. All of the notable branded items were not discounted.

The container store is the most expensive place i've been to lol

I went in and the employees looked at me like "you're too poor what do you want" 🤣 (i had a $5 gift certificate to spend due to winning a raffle....)


50% off is regular walmart or target pricing

Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store are owned by the same company that owns Kirkland's. They decided to rename The Container Store to Bed Bath & Beyond https://investors.beyond.com/news...fault.aspx
There was a previous plan of rebranding Kirkland's to "Bed Bath & Beyond Home", but it's unknown if they are still going to do that.
