However, with no shock absorbers and solid tires, every bump is feels extra jarring and it makes the scooter very unsettling to ride in the city streets. I switch lane (not swerve) to avoid a big bump and the back end hit another bump causing the back end to give out. That was a bad fall while going 19mph.
Overall, if you are riding this on a nice pave path, it works well. But if you plan to ride this in the city, might want to invest in something with shock absorbers.

1 - as another commenter said, this can go up to 20 miles an hour. My kids obviously fight me on wearing a helmet, so I won't let it go over 10 miles an hour because they would 100% break their body if going 20 miles an hour down the street and make a misrepresentation of the terrain or objects in the road.
2 - when I first got and assembled it, I rode around the neighborhood for no more than 500 yards. By the time I got back, all four of the screws that held the handlebars into the post were gone - Somewhere in the street. I tightened them manually too. Unfortunately, I replaced these with some screws at lowe's, and even those ones started falling out. You will 100% want to Loctite these screws, or secure all of them with lots of duct tape.
3 - you feel EVERY bump on this. It is truly jarring when you're going 15 plus miles an hour and hit even a small crack in the road. Shock absorbers would be so much better if you're riding any paved trails or roads.
4 - the technology is great. but, my largest complaint is if I want to lock this (so no one can take it), I have to stay connected to bluetooth. If I walk away it turns off and has been inconsistent at staying locked. Easy way to lose your cool new scooter!
5 - the turning radius to the left is only about 20 degrees but to the right is about 70 degrees... No idea why this is, but it's not too terrible while riding it... Just weird.
Overall I think I would buy this again, but I also would heavily consider buying a different one with shock absorbers.
