The description here mentions an included solar panel, but there isn't one at this price point (and no option for the mentioned 100w panel on that listing either).

I am currently dealing with AliExpress, and this has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had in over 50 years. What should have been a simple return has turned into an ongoing, frustrating ordeal. The batteries I purchased do not fit, yet after more than a week, I am still being given the runaround with no resolution in sight. The level of inefficiency, lack of accountability, and overall disregard for the customer is frankly unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice. I would not consider buying from this seller again under any circumstances.

Has it been 90 days? Maybe you can file a claim with your credit card company and get a charge back.

I agree, horrible company. They rely on automated sales software, and customer service virually nonexistant. There was a nightmare in November/December when thousands of Ali customers were charged cash advance fees on their credit cards, and interest charges later instead of a regular charge, and Aliexpress did not acknowledge the problem and did nothing for almost two months, giving them runarounds.

Also had to do a charge back. Ali provided a fraudulent tracking number to complicate things.

Bought a while ago from them and it worked out great. I was almost tempted to return it for a bigger battery but it has enough juice for our needs already. Mainly used for camping and day outings.

Returning non-choice items are seller dependent. If the item is choice the return is as easy as Amazon. For non-choice you kinda have to deal with the sellers and some are PITA to deal with.

I tested a lot of these especially off of amazon since returns are easier and not to a foreign country. It claimed 288WH and tested with a watt measurement device died always around 215WH-220WH and the percentage meter is totally inaccurate. It stayed at 1% for like 1 hour before dying out. I've decided to go with a 4 stroke gas powered one. This entire futuristic battery style just isn't there yet. All gimmick.
