Any advantage to ordering at the CS desk instead of online?

I have the 1/2 12v stubby but it wouldnt get my buddies flat off with his lug lock attachment. Works fine on mine but makes me want to have the 18v for the extra power. I can just keep the 12v in the car in case of flat. Only have seen 3/8 in 18v

The older 12v stubby is only rated at I think around 250 lb of torque and that's ONLY with a XC HO battery. Otherwise it's about 20% less and that's max rating. Trucks are typically torqued down to ~140 ft lbs and with the right battery I'm able to take the lugs off my Escalade, but not with the normal 3ah battery. I have since picked up the new one which is 550 ft lbs, and keep that one in my escalade (it can take off my wheel lugs with the keys for my aftermarket wheels). And keep the old one in my honda which is only torqued down to 80 ft lb and it takes care of that easily.

I shouldn't have access to adult money. I have no use for the 1", and I already have the half" but bought it anyways for fun.

Will the 1" impact take off a Honda J series crankshaft bolt to do a timing belt change?

No, I see no reason to go into the store to order online.

I'd assume so but wouldn't it be safer for the Honda to use a socket and breakerbar?

Can the 1/2" be returned for credit? I've already got two, but would love a deal on the 1".

Use a heavier socket.
