Need to understand how these work. Each type of razor has its benefits and limitations. This one cuts off the hair at the skin level. The hair grows back pretty quickly, so you will feel stubble quicker. Benefit is that you are very unlikely to cut yourself and can shave while dressed up. You can also dry shave which is a big advantage. A standard razor lifts the hair slightly and cuts it off just under the skin. You get a cleaner shave and stubble takes longer to grow. There is much more chance of cutting yourself though, so better not do it in a white shirt. You also need to use lather to smoothen the shave and minimize the risk of cuts.

I bought the one for Japan domestic market, that one is USBC charging and has more blades in the foil. Can buy from some retailers that ship internationally.

I've had this for over a year and absolutely love it. Just took it on a monthlong trip and it still had about 40% power left.

Shaves incredibly smooth and clean. A bit larger than my older arc4 but shaves much better.

Would buy another one if the sale applies to the other colors (already have silver). Would love that awesome blue.

Edit: somebody mentioned JDM model having usbc charging. That would be awesome for travel.

Very high quality. Replacement blades already cost over $50.

I've never shaved before but this is essentially for a close shave correct? As in, you can't leave 2-3mm of hair with this?

after a weekend with no shaving, I use the following first and then a older version of this. More efficient way. Maybe you can use the build-in trimmer but OneBlade is better.
