Isn't 3.38oz (twice the size) at 20.40 a better deal? Is it the same thing? I have no idea about these products but my wife might like it.

Yes, but if she hasn't tried it it's prob not wise to buy a larger amount just because per unit it's cheaper ... this is generally really well-regarded stuff but it does have coconut oil which can trigger acne even in ppl who wouldn't normally get it (according to SkinSort). So I'd be cautious

I tried this and did not like it. It goes on very sticky on my face. I don't want to waste it, so its something I use when I travel or only at night. I would not buy again. That being said, I do love beauty of joseon products (mainly their Korean sunscreens). This just didn't work for me.

Hi, I am an older male accepting the fact that I'm no longer young and young looking... I have never used face products other than face wash, face lotion, sunscreen. Where do I begin and start a basic routine maybe products that are more accessible than splurging at Sephora.

Thank you in advance.

This may not be a bad choice. It's very hydrating, so for mature skin it should work well. I think cosrx and medicube have good price points. I buy on Amazon, and SD always has deals popping up

I started using this cream just because it was somewhat decent price that I can afford. I am on my 3rd container of 1.69 fl oz.
Not too heavy and not too oily. No fragrance. I have sensitive skin with T zone oily face, and this moisturizer seems fit for my type of skin.

You are doing better than most men already with this basic regimen of face wash, lotion and sunscreen. Every person is different based on ethnicity, skin tone, skin sensitivity so YMMV. To be a bit more specific, I use cerave face wash (alternating days of cerave facial cleanser and salicylic acid wash). Mainly because I don't want to dry out my face too much. Then use cerave facial lotion and vitamin c (TruSkin on Amazon has 2 oz for $22 when on sale). Let it settle for about a minute then use sunscreen (I prefer Japanese sunscreens like biore aqua uv. There's Japanese version and newly released USA version). At night wash again, then use adapalene gel (differin is name brand) and mix with cerave facial lotion. I use adapalene gel about 3-4 times per week, again not trying to get overly dry skin. I have oily skin, acne prone skin that has lessened as I've gotten older. A good basic routine that you will adhere to is better than having lots of product that you aren't consistent with. I get Botox in my forehead, crows feet, and masseters (jaw) every 4 months as well. Always recommend seeing a dermatologist as well and consider visiting the skincare addiction Reddit thread as well.

Face wash, moisturizer, and sunscreen are essentially all you need for a successful skincare routine-- and the best routine you can have is the one you'll actually do. Brands like CeraVe and Cetaphil are very good no-nonsense products to start with as they're effective, affordable, and available almost anywhere.

Most important is your skin type: dry, normal, oily, or combo (some combination of those 3). If your skin is dry (flaky, cracked) you want something thicker and more moisturizing. If you're oily (greasy, slick) you want something lighter. Most products will be labeled "for dry to normal skin"/"for oily skin" or something like that.

This particular deal is better for dry skin types-- if that's you then give it a try. Beyond that, skincare can be a deep, deep rabbit hole, so I recommend you only add products if they fulfill a specific purpose (acne, discoloration, very oily, uneven texture, etc.)

If you wait for a few days and keep checking in, they might put a coupon on it. They usually do and that's when I like to grab it nod

Yeah, I really like those two brands! I don't buy all the random Korean skincare brands but those two brands I really do like and I have used many of their products
