So what do you do with the dead batteries after 4 years or so?

Nice find. I haven't seen this entry level backpack blower this low in a while. Some of my thoughts copied from the H chainsaw thread:
• Husqvarna offers an extended 5-year consumer warranty if you buy a short gallon of their overpriced, branded pre-mixed fuel on the same receipt at your tool. https://www.husqvarna.com/us/disc...-warranty/
• Only use ethanol-free fuel. Ethanol related damage is not covered under warranty. They check.
• It's been my experience that Husqvarnas are reliable and very easy to get parts for and work on when needed. They're meant to be cared for, used and serviced for decades, not disposed of and replaced every time something goes wrong like a "value" brand. Buying them on sale is always appreciated.

Wait until you find out how dirty lithium mining and the batteries that end up in landfills leaching into ground water etc.

Honest question, why don't folks you know, mulch their leaves? It is free nutrients, and takes WAY less time. Nobody really cares about your golf course yard, there are other ways to avoid your family. Thankfully, these are illegal in my city. Anyway, ready to take the hate from all the lifted white truck pavement princesses.

Is the 270 mph correct? I see $500 model with 890 cfm 232 mph. Numbers or mph doesn't make sense to me
because of the smaller nozzle, this is not as powerful.

This thing has as many batteries as HDMI ports.

Jumped on this one, for the price I couldn't pass it up, got a gallon of fuel to meet the warranty requirements (5 year ) but I run 90 octane recreational fuel in all my outdoor equiptment anyway. Makes starting in the spring and maintenance so much easier.

I bought this fo $230 back in 2017. Still works great. I also have a greenworks 80v leaf blower bought last summer. The battery leaf blower is maybe 75-80% of the backpack blower and lasts about 30 min with the 4AH battery (full throttle). Gas backpack for big jobs, battery for small or cleanup work. I have less than 0.5 acres to clear.

Bought one 11 years ago thanks to SD.
I've only put rec fuel in it, and in those 11 years I've never had a single issue. I'm trying to remember if I've even changed the spark plug. Maybe once or twice.
Prime, choke, three pulls and it fires up every single time.
Mine is about 7 years old, just replaced the spark plug.

Does the extra 5 year warranty even cover anything? I passed on buying the overpriced Swedish oil.

Great deal OP. Do we need to buy the fuel together? What this 5yr vs 3yr warranty?

I bought this exact same model at Lowe's in 2009 and it runs flawlessly to this day.
This is a pretty good price IMO given how crazy inflation has been.

In store at it rang up full price. Have to get a price adjustment, but they didn't fight at all especially since I could've done pickup for the same price.
