At the moment, no but since Paramount and WB will be one from the merger deal soon, and hopefully, Paramount and Disney will renegotiate with a better terms this time around. For years, Disney offered Paramount and Liongate a higher buyin rate but Paramount wanted to join at the same rate with others such WB, Universal and Sony but Disney rejected.
Let's see how this plays out.

Most of the movies are from Paramount, but a few of the movies are by Lionsgate, and strangely enough, parts of franchises - the first Operation Condor movie and the second Project A movie:

Many of these great Jackie Chan movies (the Project A movies, for example) are ridiculously hard to find in the original Cantonese language but with English subtitles, even in bootlegs online. The English dubs are also beyond terrible and for me unwatchable.

I'm going to teach you how to fish. Download the Movies Anywhere app, or go to the website, and type in the name of a movie. If it shows up, it's compatible. However, being that this is on Apple, there's really no need for any of these to be MA compatible. Apple has the highest bitrate, and the Apple TV app is available on every platform; including Android phones and tablets.

I am never able to buy something from Apple TV. They show me where the thing I want to buy is, but they never give me the place that says, buy it. The frustration is unbelievable.

Unless noted like The Accidental Spy Dubbed (HD), I believe they're all available as both native language with subtitles and English dubbed.

I say that without having the movies but Project A lists Original Audio as Chinese, Audio as English, and Subtitles English (CC).
