Manufacturer's coupon does not count against your spend total, but the promo code does. So your spend amount will be $59.99 - $10 (from promo code) = $49.99 > $45 spend. Screenshot attached.

Wonder if it depends upon the state - I am in CA - though it seems that you are in CA too.

Did you clip the separate "Earn $15 W Cash rewards each time you spend $45+ on select P&G items" coupon on the product or coupon page?

If you did, try going to the final checkout page just before placing your order. There should be an estimated Walgreens Cash on that page as well. Sometimes that shows up different. And sometimes it shows up different on a browser versus the app.
