Online, it doesn't show $22 Walgreens cash because both coupons combined dropped the total below $45. You only get $7.
Wonder if it depends upon the state - I am in CA - though it seems that you are in CA too.
If you did, try going to the final checkout page just before placing your order. There should be an estimated Walgreens Cash on that page as well. Sometimes that shows up different. And sometimes it shows up different on a browser versus the app.

You are right! I thought I had clipped all the coupons but I didn't clip the PG offer. After clipping that, things worked fine.
