The item was not shipped from a U.S. warehouse as expected, and the seller used an unfamiliar shipping company with very poor tracking updates. The tracking information has been unreliable and unhelpful throughout the process.
I contacted the seller multiple times, but they were unable to provide any meaningful updates or resolution. Due to the lack of support, I had to escalate the issue and file a complaint through PayPal.
I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
