I purchased an item from this store, and the experience has been very frustrating. It took an unusually long time just to reach the local distribution center. Since then, the tracking has been showing "out for delivery" every day, but the package has never actually been delivered.

The item was not shipped from a U.S. warehouse as expected, and the seller used an unfamiliar shipping company with very poor tracking updates. The tracking information has been unreliable and unhelpful throughout the process.

I contacted the seller multiple times, but they were unable to provide any meaningful updates or resolution. Due to the lack of support, I had to escalate the issue and file a complaint through PayPal.

I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

I wouldn't jump on this just yet. The Pocket 4 was just announced, which will bring Pocket 3 prices down even more (despite not being available in the U.S. yet). Especially since the dual camera Pocket 4 Pro and Xtra Muse 2 Pro (a shell company for DJI) are also expected to launch in the next month or so as well, bringing prices of the Pocket 3 down even further.

Also, AliExpress sucks anyway.

Asides from grey market imports, Pocket 4 will very likely not be released in the US. That being said the Pocket 4 is not enough of an upgrade to justify buying it over the Pocket 3, although the rumored dual lens for the Pocket 4 Pro might be worth waiting for but will likely need to be imported in unofficially.
Check the cash back websites too for 15% or 15x points back. For around $300 it's still a really great deal and I can't see these dropping below $200-250 for a couple years

Just want to share my experience. I placed an order on 5/4/26 for the Pocket 3 and just received it today 5/7/26. It is brand new and sealed. I have not yet opened it to test it out. I do want to point out the $55 off did not work for me. The price needs to be more than $379 to be eligible for the $55 off. When I placed my order it was listed as $374. I was able to use the $35 off coupon. I need the camera for an upcoming family vacation, so I decided to pony up the extra $20.
