Pretty much useless unless you only have direct injection.
My toyota has direct and port injection. At 150k miles I snaked a borescope down the intake and peeked at 3 cylinders intakes (one bank of the v6)... all were pretty clean

Stuff like this has been shown to not do much of anything.
If you really want to clean your intake/valves then you need to add it directly to the instakle system. A cheap can of carb/brake cleaner sprayed through a vacuum/PCV line or throttle body while running will do so much more than anything you add to your gas.
What if I do have direct injection? Would this help?
A product like this would not help in your case. Nothing is touching the top of your valves if you have direct injection. That's why they get so carbon fouled. Gas from the injectors never hit the valves with direct injection. That only happens with port injection. For direct injection, you'd need to do a walnut blasting to get them cleaned up.
