I have this or a duplicate. Clip broke off and it's loud. Otherwise it does move some air and holds a charge well!

From what I understand this fan is supposed to clip on your waist and below air under your shirt to cool you off. Depending on how porous your shirt is it might not work as intended. I have one but the shirt was too open and did not hold there in. Seems like it would be a good idea if it's a costume or something sealed. I would use this if I needed it for something that has to blow air and there's a lot of strings around. The blades are deep inside and the risk of them touching something from the outside of this very limited.

Yeah, buy a cooling gel jacket for better results and buy this for phone charging then you're all set.

I don't know about the quality of this particular waist fan, but I learned of the concept from a friend that goes to car junk yards in FL sun. His is a game changer he says. For $10, let me mow my grass without passing out and it could be worth it.

Waist fan, neck fan, suiting up over here for this damn heat.
