This power station has 16v to 100v solar charging at 1200w 25A max, so most 48v panels should be able to support it except some panel like my has slightly above 25v open voltages per panel, so 4 in series will be above the 100v limit.
The price is good except there is no indication on the expansion battery (2 pins and 7 other smaller communication pins)….looks similar Allwei. Not sure if they are interchangeable since the app is the same: Landbook?
I am guessing this is a rebranded Allwei 2400W $630 and the B200 expansion battery is $599 on Amazon.
So definitely not Eco worthy but an Allwei power station.
Both have been through multiple revisions. It's good that they correct problems and make the products better, but their customers are essentially their product testers.
Their batteries, in plastic housings, have been a gamble for years on what's inside and things change over time without announcement.
There have been concerns with lack of safety certifications and fire hazards. Examples can be found in shopping reviews, YouTube videos, and online forums.
I remember being very interested in a UPS device they had where you could use your own batteries attached to it, until someone opened it up and discovered the ground receptacles weren't attached to anything inside. What other corners are cut which aren't so obvious?
I want to like eco-worthy. I'm rooting for them to continue getting better.
However, I don't want to potentially destroy my property (or get injured) because their products aren't all safe.
edit: this conversation got me interested so I looked up one of the UPS units I mentioned on Amazon.
There is a review picture where the ground is attached to the outlet, but the hot and neutral are reversed. That's the kind of stuff I'm talking about.
Too me, it's not worth the gamble. Even the comments here in this thread, people have to guess about features and functionality. That's not good.
Tempted by this unit as a smaller, more portable battery/inverter. My current ones are all closer to 100lbs.

i even complain about batteries for phones laptops that should be lifepo4 its just safer. if im going to pay premium you better be using the best chemistry/durability and style instead of crap. they only do marketing and style and ignore others though because it costs real money to make a product better as a result spam ai nonsense to pump up prices no one asked for.
we are so behind as a nation subsidizing corrupt greedy corporations that wont advance because they want us to pay through the nose. unless i get best deal/tech bang per buck im not buying shit as time goes on the gap widens further making me buy foreign goods even with the tariff. they can just all go bankrupt. ev are junk since they refuse to upgrade battery chemistry and refuse to let us do it ourselves and then charging arms and legs.
i will only ever buy ev or phev if they let me do it myself plus be lifepo4 or better. sodium ion is better for cold temperatures solving the lithium ion issue and fires and lifepo4 issue of cold weather and hot weather. density is the main issue of course. I already have solutions for that as I am sure the chinese do already as well while we twiddle our thumbs selling crap to low iq americans fact is we are sub 100 iq as a nation right now its quite sad
if you could DIY replace the battery LI-ion may be ok but fact is that dealers/manufacturers refuse to let us easily replace them as a result lithium ion is worthless make it replaceable and it may be ok.

Yes, 1 review, 1 star.
Which makes it anecdotal...Could be an anomaly, or the standard. Too hard to tell from 1 review.

anyway ai says this to u:
Superior choice—if you're building a disposable vehicle that's made to die and take you with it. Li-Ion (NMC) is 'superior' energy density only until the first high-impact crash or a thermal event you can't put out. For those of us not in the billionaire class who can afford to treat cars like disposable tech and pay the massive insurance premiums on incendiary devices, LFP (or Sodium-ion) is the only mechanical necessity.
I'll take the slight weight penalty over driving a chemical bomb that's one puncture away from a 1,000°C funeral. From a pure economics perspective for 95% of the population, we should be using LiFePO4 or Sodium-ion, not NMC. The 'save the planet' narrative was clearly a lie when the industry chose a chemistry that dies in 800 cycles and relies on ethical disasters like cobalt mining over something that lasts 5,000+ cycles and is inherently safe
