No, from the pictures this is for either the 1st or 2nd gen 12.9" pro. Had this and didn't like it much. It's nothing like the redesigned magic keyboard released in 2020.

The pictures shows it's an older iPad pro's with the physical home button. So it's designed for the 1st and 2nd gen iPad Pro 12.9". The 3rd gen 2018 iPad Pro is when they stopped using the home button.
