depends... i had to throw a fit the last time when buying a game used... they tried handing me a random box and i was like i just handed you the box....

that was still a few years ago.. i gave up trying to buy anything as nothing can ship, nothing is normally in store and i can normally order a bunch of stuff brand new for less than their used

I don't understand why anyone would even sell them a loose disc. What would they pay, $.50 for most? Not even worth the cost of gas to get to the store.

I ONLY receive generic cases and no manual, that's why it has to be cheaper than "loose' value.

Yes, Gamestop actually has over 9 Billion in liquid cash. They have a guaranteed loan for 20 Billion if they can close the deal. So they are offering Ebay half in cash and the other half in stock that they also own free and clear. So financially, even though they closed stores and sales were down, they can still afford it. They are sitting good at the moment with their cash reserve. It may actually happen.

Its a mix bag but for the most part i been lucky out of 73 game orders only 16 didnt have the orginal cover . For manuals i only buy switch so they dont carry them even new. And only 1 time did i get a game i would call rough . My experience overall has been good online and in person.

Use the app or website to sort thru and filter games by location and price. My local store has 13 PS4 games that are $5 and below and 31 games betwen $5 and $10. Plenty of great games to be had.

Of the 6 games I bought online as part of that Buy 6 get 30% off deal, 5 of them had no case or a generic case, only NBA 2k10 had its original case, and that was just a 99 cent filler item. I think more and more people are trading in games with no case or scalping the cases to collectors online, since Gamestop doesn't give more for having the case.
