I think its because the Mini series is being replaced by the new Lito series.

The Lito does waypoints and has 360o object detection and I believe a bit longer battery life with new generation of batteries. https://www.theverge.com/tech/915...er-pricing

So that's probably whey they are trying to dump Mini stock fast before word spreads about the Lito.

I was hoping the controller would be O4 but doesn't look like it. Hoping to get a controller that would also work for my Neo 2.

You can buy it, just not at Best Buy. The X1 has FCC certification. Also, DJI has launched two clone companies that sell DJI products under other brands.

If memory serves Skyrover was one of the identical clones, forget the other one. https://us.amazon.com/stores/SKYR...D0A72CF0B5

Edit: Voomax Breeze that was the other clone, there's actually a third clone too, I watched a youtube video on it, how DJI was getting around the ban by just making new companies selling the same product, lol!
