I think this price is pretty common. Good value headphones. I have more expensive ones that are better overall, but these ones get you most of the benefits for a small fraction of the price.

I bought it when it was onsale for $20. Overall it is good for the value, very comfortable compared to other pairs I have. But one annoying thing is it can only pair up to 2 devices. So if you want to pair multiple devices I would not recommend. Because you'll have to go to the app and remove the previous device if you want to pair the new one

My airpods pro 2 broke about half a year ago, and have been looking for a replacement, but reeeeaaally don't want to spend a ton on a new app3. Are these 2 good option for mostly podcast listening?

Would these be recommended over the baseus bass BP1 Pro which are 29 right now.

I really like them for $25. They are super bass heavy out of the box. Get the app and use the preset Bass Reducer if you don't like it either. App is really nice, lets you bypass account creation and tweak all your settings without needing an account or requiring the app to remain open to keep settings.
I also noticed, you can get a better sound signature if you don't seal your ears in with them, if you want a more airy balanced sound. You will obviously take a hit on the noise canceling if you do this.

The case/buds have magnets, so they snap into place automatically when you place them at a certain distance. Has a stand on the back to use as a phone stand to reset against.

Average comfort if you don't improperly place them in your ears. They were pretty uncomfortable at first, but after adjusting position and finding a good spot, I wore them 2 hours and didn't notice any pains like I usually get with the old air pods I replaced them with.

They look very minimal and sleek in your ear.

I have the BP1 Pro and while the ANC, mic and sound quality is pretty good, I did not consider how much I'd dislike the airpod style case. I had Anker p20i previously and I like that the case can sit flat on your desk and you can just drop your earbuds in and take them out easily. Unfortunately the p20i's did not last me more than a year or two (i bought them twice), so that's the only thing holding me back from exchanging for these.
tldr; anker case style is superior
