Nothing as bad as getting locked out like that but it does use a calendar system like P5R did, so there is still some time management.
1 tip, use the class you LIKE, and no need to change other weak class for getting new skill.
Once the class get mastered, all experience points become materialized every 1000 points
(experience point item) and you can use that for other class to get skill.
