What about when ordering it at Target online or Walmart online? I recall buying it at Target online, there is always Target red tape taping the top part of the bottle. Is that normal? The thing is does the worker does that when packaging it or it came like that? Why do they do that? Can't imagine it came like that originally since if you go to a target store and look at this, there isn't no seal or tampering tape or anything. I know with Walmart, the bottle came as is with no seal or anything like that normal but that bottle looked decent and good condition.
Does anyone know if this always leaves a white cast? I used this for a long time no matter what SPF and it always leaves a white cast even if I use very little.
