I had one. It sucked. Suction is good but battery sucks and it dies after six months. Totally not worth it

Absolutely agree, also had one and it was just garbage, avoid this model at all costs. The filter and the vacuum is a pain in the ass to clean and mine started making a high pitched noise after like 6 months, so I ended up returning back to Costco.

Died on me after 9 months. Would not turn on. Returned to Costco. Would not recommend unless you really need the portability.

I believe this is a different model from the one that came out a couple years ago and was sold in-store. This is the online only and updated model with more of a rectangular filter. Are folks that are unhappy with it sure it's this one vs the previous model with the cylinder filters?
