I don't remember a "free set" through Home Depot, but I do remember getting a similar set for a similar price and it including a ToughSystem 2.0 box too.

Someone starting out or leveling up their tool system. Buying them separately you're looking at $99-149 per tool. Can save some $, but yes the full starter set is a specific buyer
