Yes, I call it scammy because they are not supposed to be sold. Also, Microsoft can ban your account for this. Though, that won't likely happen because Microsoft knows more users == more data == more $$$. But seeing their recent falls of AI and finance, who knows what they'll do. If you're going to be cheap, then be cheap and go with the no-pay option that people suggest. If you want to pay, buy the proper one.
