I know SSD prices have been skyrocketing due to the Ai shortage... But $745 for a 4TB SSD? Come on... Lol

Enterprise drives are not the same. 14 PBW endurance. For comparison the Samsung 990 4TB is only 2.4 PBW endurance.

This appears to be a very low price for this enterprise drive. I expect your order will get cancelled.

I don't understand the downvotes. This is not consumer grade.

The consumer grade SSD's work just fine for me. Give us the consumer grade. Sell this to the AI companies. We can all be happily ever after.

While the deal might be a decent price for this particular type of product, it is a niche target audience. The jacked-up industry wide pricing does not make this drive a hot ticket item to the average SD user; most people are probably holding out for prices eventually returning closer to July 2023 levels. Maybe a long wait, but a lot of folks are tapped out with general inflation fatigue.

Hmmm.... this remind me when some used to say "don't let the crisises go to waiste". If you don't buy overpriced items like this Ai bubble (a big fraud )crash/burn would come sooner than later.
