When you by a new PC today you need to decide if you want AI controls or not. To do localized AI, you need a built-in NPU. If this is what you want, you need to figure out which CPU's have it.
In addition, the 8745HS (lowest level CPU that houses a 780m GPU), this is the CPU that I have... but this does not have built in NPU. The 8845hs does have a built in NPU.
Also, IMHO, 32GB may be an overkill for this CPU.
and a 512GB NVMe SSD.........This is most likely 3rd Gen not 4th Gen... and the current Gen is 5. HUGE improvement between 3rd and 4th, about 100% increase in speed.
