FYI -- I bought a bunch of these when they were on clearance at Home Depot. I used them a bunch of times inside and out on different types of ants and they did absolutely nothing. I then used Terro and that worked. I still have a bunch of these in my closet but I will throw them out soon because they have been worthless to me. I seriously would not but these for a penny.

I've never used this product, but the price is right and the reviews are good. Of note it only works on common sugar-feeding ants. ANT BAIT: This ant killer effectively kills the queen and colony* *excluding carpenter ants, harvester ants, pharaoh ants and fire ants

Yeah, Terro is pretty solid. I haven't tried this stuff though.

The active ingredient in this product is spinosad. I haven't had much luck with spinosad. On the other hand, Terro ant baits are a mixture of sugar, water, and boric acid are more effective in my experience. You can make your own concoction of 1 cup warm water, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp of boric acid and 1 tbsp of blackstrap molasses to bait the ants. T Place the bait in small plastic containers such as empty plastic containers such as clean yogurt cups that are partially covered with plastic to prevent evaporation of the water but allows the ants to enter and leave the plastic containers. When you see large trail of ants going to and from your bait station, let them bring the bait back to their colony, Eventually, the ants will disappear in a couple of days as the ant colony is poisoned.
