Nope, the rep said "I can't be the one to replace the coupon". Oh well. I still got two batteries and chargers and one working coupon out of it (grabbed the 2/4ah and 3/8 ratchet combo).

Good luck but not likely. I got a bad coupon. My store wouldn't override it and Lowe's online customer service would do it but wanted to charge me $79 for delivery.

I would try going back to the store and see if they would override it or attempt to get the contact information of the rep. The issue with the override is that they likely won't do it on items that are on promotion, like the combo kits because the terms say so. If it was a working coupon, they would just scan it and not read any fine print. I checked my coupon on the Lowe's app in the store before I left to make sure I got a working coupon.

Showed up and hour early for the trade in event in Cypress TX. Rep was there early too. Traded in a 3rd party Milwaukee battery. In and out in 5 mins. Picked up a V20 polisher with the $50 coupon

Online chat agent was useless. Said go to store. Feel like store employee will be useless. Not sure if it's worth the drive

I'd call to speak to someone in Tools or the store manager to get the contact information of the sales rep or I'd try e-mailing Craftsman customer service.

around what time did you get there?

i went around the event time and it was already done! i had called before I left and no one had a clue so I just went. got there - no rep and asked the mgr and he said there was already a long line since early and the store had 9am as the start (not 10am). It was over in like 10mins. Guess I'll have to be early for the next event.

Didn't try. Got the router and circ saw. Though I'm looking at reviews on the circ saw right now and its badly underpowered it seems. Considering going back to lowes to see if I could trade that for something else

Do you have to have an driver license when you trade it in? Left my wallet on vacation and waiting for it to come back but have an event before i will get it back. Just curious if they require that to make sure 1 per household.
