If you charge one device at a time, either C-port can supply 100W. It's more than enough for fast charging any eyepad, let alone any eyephone.
To answer, "is it a good deal", I think anything Anker is over priced. I bought a different brand name charger for $18 which does 100W, too. It's not named Anker, but every bit as good as Anker. I think it's even better, because mine is slimmer. The Anker is fatter.

I have various brand chargers lying around, and I've never had trouble with Anker. It might be over priced, but the products work at the advertised watts 100% of the time. I'm no electrician, but a bulky, heavy charger indicates they didn't cut corners when making it. When my $1k+ phone or laptop needs juice, I'm not taking chances.
