Are these any good? Looking for a couple to exercise 3 times a week. Prefer 2,5 lbs increment but this would do.

Yes. I bought a set in November for the same price, and they're very well made and sturdy. This seems to be as low as they go

Probably the best you'll find at this price, for sure. The only "downside" is that the handles stay the same length no matter how much weight is on them, unlike Rogue's Powerblocks. But you're going to spend $400+ to get a significantly better set, IMO.

I have the 25lb dumbells and they are great, especially for only $99 for the pair. They adjust easily and feel pretty well made. I use them about once a week. They are almost as good as the $400 BowFlex SelecTech ones I used to have before that which I sold because I never used them for 3 years lol! The 25lb ones are too light so I'll be getting these 50lb ones instead right now.

I wish they had ones that went up to like 75lbs but are a good deal too.

The black 2x 12.5lb set with 2.5lb increments is on sale on CAP's website for $85. Not as good of a deal as this, but it may work better for you if that's what you're looking for.

Best to get 2 pair. A lighter set with 2.5 lb increments and a heavier set.

I have these and a 90lb set of Bowflex dumbbells. I actually prefer the functionality of the Cap ones over the Bowflex because you only have to twist the handle instead of both ends like with Bowflex.
