I think the pixel 11 launches in August.
I highly recommend going in store as you can pick up the phone today, do the trade-in, and only pay the ~$299 + tax right now. No waiting on shipping, no mailing in your phone, it's all handled in-store.
The entire process (trade in, setting up new phone, transferring all my data to the new phone) took about 75 minutes in store. Less if you don't want them to xfer your data from your old phone
However, the bootloader was not unlockable on a Visible bought Pixel 9a I got.
