It's fine for incidental stuff. Don't expect pure sine wave at that price. Also take the 300w rating with a serious grain of salt. Most car sockets will provide 12v10a max so expect about 120w reliably. Some will go up to 180w at 12v. Check your vehicle manual.

You forgot the conversion efficiency. 120w in is maximum 110w out. (Although 12v is not really accurate either... Fully charged is 12.6v and if the alternator is running probably somewhere around 14.5v)

I've had this model for about 2 years. It has worked well for me, but I don't use it often.

Still it is not cleqr to me what type of electric devices I can use with it. Can I use like two lights without issue? Or it just works with lpw wattage devices like phones?

As the other commenter said, it's likely about a 120w output if used with a car. It won't power a blender, but it will power lights.

You kind of have to put this on a figurative scale: what you're paying vs what you're getting. And for $20, it's an ok deal to throw in the car and "hope" it works when you need it. $20 is the key. Harbor Freight's cheapest unit is $24 for 120/240 (continuous/peak wattage).
Is it a good deal for the price? Sure. Would I buy one knowing what I know? No, I'd spend more and buy a larger wattage pure sine unit only because I already have something like these in 2 of my vehicles.
