The first box of Toast'em Pop Ups I ever tried instantly convinced me they were superior. The pastry wasn't dry and bland, there was a generous layer of frosting coverage, a good amount of filling as you could visibly see biting into it that the filling crept up decently close to the edges. Then I bought another box and it was disappointing; skimpy frosting coverage, filling was just a small pocket in the middle (similar to pop tarts these days)
They're F'in pop tarts. They are garbage nutritionally. I actually appreciate this kind of post when it's something masquerading as healthy when it's not, but I think we all know this is poorly made dessert for breakfast. Nutrition comments aren't needed for everyone to know that (I hope?).
