Don't do it. The n150 is utter garbage. Spend the $30 more on a used one from ebay and you'll have 5x the functionality. Better in every aspect.

When people threadcrap, they often exaggerate. However, in this case, the awfulness of this deal cannot be understated. This is one of the worse "deals" ever posted here, and I've been on SD for many years. This has a legitimate value of less than $40.

I got slightly worse specs for $85 a year ago

It's quite usable after installing NVMe, setting paging file two both drives and other tricks. But not at $200.
