This set from HF is a better value. Even without a coupon it's only $2.

Those cheap HF picks are tiny and the handles often come loose. The Craftsman's in this deal are much better.

I bought a set of another brand last year and have been surprised how often these come in handy. It's a bit like toothpicks, duct tape, and super glue. You end up finding twice as many uses for them than you would've guessed:

I've owned the HF version for numerous years and they've met my needs. I did not intend to suggest that the quality is the same, but they might be sufficient and last awhile for lighter uses.

I picked up a random set of picks from home depot decades ago b/c they were <$10... surprised at how often I ended up using them.... removing the rubber gasket from my whole house water filter housing, removing the silicone gasket from re-useable water bottles.
They're cheap and take up little space.... no brainer for me.

Probably worth it for a good set. But I do have a few of the HF sets that seems to work ok.

I have this exact set and I end up using them a lot. I was just thinking yesterday it'd be nice to if they went on sale again.

I bought this last time I saw it here. Great picks. But they are sharp and I haven't figured out a good storage solution yet. I guess reasonably small hard plastic case would be fine.

Oddly enough, I bought the HF icon version and found that they bend too easily. I'm curious to know if these are more rigid, or even the Pittsburgh ones.

Does Craftsman still do lifetime replacement?
