Good basic cutters. On solid the gauge strip cleanly, stranded sometimes nick or clip a few especially with fine high strand count wires.

Its a flat out nightmare getting amex to follow through on this, their accounting for Amazon Bonus is terrible, embarrassing for a financial institution. Good thing Amazon is ditching them for US Bank in August. No idea how well the Chase card works, wish I got that.

Amex boogered up my 15% roku bonus, my 10% tcl bonus, its been months of waiting and chats and phonecalls. Its just sad. They dont give the bonus, but if you do a return, they have code to reverse the transaction right away, even if they never credited it in the first place. I actually went negative with their terrible accounting.

buddy, I would completely ditch amex after 2 known missed rewards over 10 bucks. No loyalty, only rewards. They make too much money to not fix it after 2nd time/1 month

You are right, amazon beat me to it, they are dumping them in Aug. I think I will wait and see how the transition goes, then keep US Bank or go to Citi.

You know, if a company knows their obligations when they set up the contract with aAmazon (who does great accounting), and knows they have written crap software to deal with it, at least train the guys in india that people will be wasting their personal time contacting them about getting it fixed. And maybe offer an immediate credit and look into your problem, instead of having said guys in india tell the customer to come back later, keep an eye on it, then say they are completely wrong and go piss up a rope.

And you cant even take screenshots? Really, he gave me a fax number and a mailing address, that was it. For screen shots. How do you fax that? Do I sign up for a fax service, buy a modem off ebay and get a land line put in? I asked for email he said they do not have it.

The dude yesterday said, 6-8 weeks to look into it, even without the screenshots snail mail time or whatever. It's, no kidding, like 5 entries in their system.. This was for purchases in Feb, I started contacting them in March. Its mid May now.

Stunning...really! Screw Amex and be warned people, I wanted to take the time to let people know, good luck out there!

Good luck. Always remember, if a corporation treats employees like a number on a spreadsheet, customers can and eventually will be too. Tax the rich, fines should be % of income to make it stick, etc etc 😁
