I bought this new on a Amazon almost a month ago. While I like it, I'm going to return it and get the Saros 20. I have tile, laminate, and carpet at my house. It's great at mopping and vacuuming the hard surfaces, but with carpet it leaves human hairballs on the carpet. Often there's also long hair trailing the robot where the vacuum exhaust is.

had it for 7 months never had a problem with hair unless the garbage bag is filled then it bunches up on the robot and you know its time to change the bag so it empties out. moping is exceptional but if you have alot of wires around the mop heads detactch magnetically and you need to reattach them and start the robot again. overall im happy
