The last couple years DTFO sales have been pretty disappointing. Especially once you add $15 for shipping. But this time they have the factory blem Ridgid 13 inch, 3 knife thickness planer for $258 (currently $450 at Home Depot). So the DTFO price seems reasonable. No, it's not going to perform like the $700 Dewalt, but at this price I'm willing to give it a try.

The factory blem Ryobi 10" drill press is $108 which seems reasonable as well. I bought mine from DTFO maybe 3 years ago for about $90, so with stupid inflation, $108 seems about right.

It's not 40% off their price, but MSRP.
You can get a better deal for most Ryobi's at Home Depot

Hit or miss deals in these sales usually, some of the "factory blemished" are actually new product being sold lower than MSRP to not undercut the retail market though. Also if you do buy, I highly recommend the diamond grit Phillips bits as an additional item.

Just got the Ryobi glue gun for $25 and RIDGID Track Saw for $228.
If you see something that you need to have, make sure you check out immediately. For the recent 50% off sale I missed out on both the Track Saw and Glue Gun because they sold out while I was still browsing.
I just checked and the Track Saw is showing as OOS. I don't know if that's just because it won't let you buy more than one during the same sale or if it's because I just bought the last one, but either way, there's limited stock available so don't put off your purchase.

There's a track saw on sale?

**!! I must warn every person possible about the stapler in this photo. It is the WORST POS tool I have ever owned, & I have owned a lot. It jams CONSTANTLY. It would be faster to drive staples by HAND. STAY AWAY.

It is indeed 40% off their price with the current discount. DTO price is already ~$10 lower when the items are labelled as "Factory Blemished".

Factory blemished is almost always brand new, and includes the brand new warranty. I've never seen anybody post that their blemished tool was anything else, and all the ones I have purchased were in perfect condition.
