Not at all. Tennis shoes is an "old" synonym for sneakers. Some regions of USA use both terms interchangeably.

Are the soles made of Cotton? Is that pleather looking heel pad made of metallic? I've never seen 'metallic' included in the list of materials. Apparently my quarter zip isn't 100% cotton, it's more like 95% cotton, 5% metallic.
