Not sure about Ali Express but I bought a refrub Elite 200 V2 from Bluetti's Ebay store and it arrived with broken fan motors. I reached out and they sent me a replacement (After I sent mine in) without any hassle. New one (still refurb) was in a lot better condition and the fans worked. Love the capacity for the size! I was going to trade in my old AC180 but now might just pull the trigger on this... tempting....

Excellent power station. As long as you buy a refurb from an official Bluetti store such as their eBay store they stand behind the warranty.
