I've owned this watch for the last 1.5 years. As a longtime Garmin user, it's been great to step up to AMOLED from the old Fenix MIP displays. However, I've never found myself loving this watch. As functional as it is, the white color has never settled well with me. It's just not a style I would ever normally wear and has always felt out of place. Changing watch band colors doesn't help either, it just makes the watch look even weirder to me.

I can also see the beginning of yellowing. It's starting to lose the bright white pop on the watch body specifically. I'm guessing one more intense summer of hiking before this thing turns a gross, sweaty yellow.

Just a warning for those who are on the fence due to the white color.

I appreciate this feedback, as the white is what's been holding me back. Do we think we'll ever see more black refurbs, or have they all sold through at this point?

I've only ever seen Epix 2 (non-Pro) deals in this white color. There are Pro versions in black, but they are 51mm and I'm not a fan of Garmin models in that size. They tend to be much thicker on the wrist in addition to the giant lug-to-lug size.
