You can calculate run time with this formula
Runtime (hours) = (Battery Capacity × 0.9) / CPAP Wattage
Using this battery with an airsense 10 with no humidifier (72 watts) you'd have the following
x= (89.6 x .9) / 72
X= 1.12 hours
Using a killawatt to test, I was able to run 2 fans and a wax scent burner for 90 minutes with a 83 watt discharge. On a side note, the AC inverter shuts down at 9%, but the built in light continues to work.
Community Reviews
This is a compact 89.6Wh power station best suited for phones, tablets, laptops, routers, and other small electronics, with the bonus of AC outlets in a plane friendly size. Pass through charging works, and the built in light, USB ports, and 100W peak output make it handy for travel, camping, car use, and emergency backup. Real world runtime looks modest, with estimates ranging from a few phone charges to about one or two laptop charges. The main limits are low capacity, a 60W DC output, and AC inverter drain, so it is not suited for CPAP overnight, mini fridges, or larger laptop loads.

** Edit ** Just tried my Anker USB-C cables, in vain.
As for charging it, you don't need a special cable. The left side USB C is bidirectional and will charge the unit if you already have a USB charger and cable in your car.
(This is more of a notice for others that didn't know it could be charged via USB)
