Got mine on sale in November, capacity is good at $250 but depending on how you use it, efficiency could be better. The wifi and basic circuitry consumes about 13W - 18W, with no load just idling measured at socket, and remain at around 18W average consumption in grid passthrough mode which shouldn't run the inverter at all.

Further the wattage measuring on board this is inaccurate for any ungrounded two prong device <30W, it straight up show device pulling 0W despite I know it's powering something and using electricity. This is regardless of grid passthrough or running on inverter, usage always show as 0W if you only connect low power ungrounded device.

My older refurbished River 2 Pro has both better idle efficiency as well as more accurate wattage meter for low load ungrounded devices. Again this efficiency is on grid passthrough so doesn't run inverter and the bigger inverter on 3 Classic shouldn't matter.

Was bummed to learn recently that plugging the USB port from my Synology into my River 3 Plus - it doesn't actually register as a UPS. There are some complicated workarounds, but not native compared to a cyberpower etc. just a heads up

I am very happy with mine, this a great price for the capability. The only feature I miss is the port for add on batteries, the lack of a 12v car adapter is less of a an issue as I never use it on other units I own.

You can use the solar port with a xt60 to usbc cable to charge up to 140w from another battery. Not as good as a dedicated port for add on batteries but it works

DO NOT GET ECOFLOW - and if you do never update firmware. Had mine for about 1.5 years, random firmware bricked it. Support offered like 30 dollars in exchange credit.

Hmmm…i currently have two APC BR1500MS UPSs behind my delta pro. Any nerd thoughts or opinions on replacing both with this considering the lead acid batteries are nearing end of life and replacing with this would both simplify my setup and more or less equal or cost less than swapping another 2 rounds of batteries in the APC units? Also my current Ecoflow setup is sort of a one off, and i mildly regret not just opting for the delta pro 3 (although redundancy power supply for my home server/NVR/etc. i am gradually accepting as still the best option regardless).

Would this work for a sump pump?

Better yet, XT60 to ring-terminals.

Connect to a 48v battery -> Charges at 400+ watts

Seems like a good deal. I have the Delta 2 and am very happy with it. Not 100% sure about refurbs on equipment like this, though.

Even BETTER: https://www.wattcycle.com/product...-50a-cable

I have one on a 14KW bank of batteries at 48v. It works so well.

I run my 120' well off of a Delta 2. Getting this so that one can move to the camper.
