I have purchased several replicas from Dhgate that are 90% of genuine for 20% of the cost, but I've also gotten a few items that had loose threads, misaligned seams, or poor stitching. I end up donating or giving them away because it's a pain to return.
Conversely, my wife had some stitches come undone on a Kate Spade bag I purchased at Nordstrom and they were happy to give her credit towards a new bag and even sent the other bag out for repairs, so she ended up with two.
The problem with these types of outlet sales is that, as someone mentioned, they're almost always lower quality to begin with (made for the outlet) and the sales are final.
