I was misled by the description on Amazon, so it turns out the mouse doesn't require extra batteries. Sorry for the incorrect information earlier.

Hi, old man with wireless mice that are all over 100g w/o batteries (had to look them up). Is the light weight so you can air hockey them around on a giant desk mat? My customers are all about them, but light mice just feel cheap to me. Also, I get the feeling CHERRY probably doesn't even make these, after their merger, there's been a lot of cheap kit coming out.

The other colors are on Woot for $20 if you use the coupon, although this is already on a different post for the Cherry products. Bit weird (imo) this one is only around 15 reviews on Amazon and half were free Vine reviews. :shrug:

Can confirm. I bought one of these when they were down to $30. It's just the right weight for competitive FPS. I'm a hybrid fingertip grip, and the shape works for medium hands. Easy liftoff without slip due to the vertical sides of the mouse. It also does not feel cheap whatsoever. Nice satin finish, no creaks. The only thing that I dislike is using the side mounted charging cable when charging, but it's not a huge deal. Some people complain about loud clicks, but it's every so slightly louder than my viper ultimate.
