My 9-year-old Genesis was showing signs of rust on the top lid. I saw the 10-year warranty on them, so I put it in a claim. They mailed me a new top lid.
After replacing the burners and other parts, the grill is working as new.
I am also a Weber fan for life.

The New Genesis I don't htink they give the same warranty, but I could be wrong. I had a spirit and they sent me new grates, flavorizers and burner tubes. It rusted out in 5 years but they did replace it. That's why I bought another weber last year. It was that vs Napolean, but sometimes it pays to get the brand that supports you.

My Monument grill was delivered with a dent on the lid and a damaged hinge. They sent me two replacement lids on accident and told me to keep them both. They even offered to sell me just the bottom to make a second grill. I have had great experiences with both brands as far as customer service goes. I wish the metal on my Monument was a little thicker and more sturdy.

Big fan of this brand. I've had their Denali 405 for the past 3 years. Been outside the entire time and I do cover it. it looks great and works amazing.
