Submitted May 16th. Got confirm email. This is the ONLY email I have gotten from them.
Called June 18th to ascertain status. They said it was not qualified due to duplicate receipt. The rep escalated my claim. Said to call back in two weeks.
Called again today (July 2nd) to confirm status. The rep said it is fixed now. She correctly cited that it was for $40 (I explicitly did not mention how many jugs I got). Said it would be 8-12 weeks from May 16th (the original claim, as she mentioned) that I would get the email with the $40, and the regular mail with the cups.
I will call again after the holiday to see what is up. Rebates need to die...or at least just relegated to stuff from Newegg and the old Frys Electronics and the even older Worst Buy...and thats all

but interestingly, I submitted my original one 2x5qts on 5/09/26 and it got denied a few weeks later and I called in and got it resubmitted by the agent on 5/29/26 and haven't got anything since.
not sure if I should call in or wait a little bit longer.
